Spandana 1.4.1

This initiative is led by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to serve the citizens of the region. Various channels are available for citizens to register grievances, including GSWS, the 1902 Call Centre, a Mobile App, Web Application, and the Collectorate grievance day (Spandana Monday).

After registering a grievance, citizens will receive a unique SPANDANA Request Number (YSR#) to track the status of their complaint. Authorities will address the grievance within a specified timeframe.

If a citizen is dissatisfied with the resolution provided, they have the option to reopen the grievance by contacting 1902, visiting Grama/Ward Sachivalayam, or utilizing the Spandana portal (https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/) or mobile app.

The Spandana portal is specifically designed for grievance registration and does not support registering service requests. All service requests must be processed through Grama/Ward Sachivalayam exclusively.

The Spandana grievance redressal process includes:

1. Grievances can be registered through multiple channels, and a unique "YSR#" (Your Spandana Request Number) will be issued for each case.
2. Each grievance will be assigned to the relevant redressal officer.
3. The redressal officer will conduct necessary inquiries, take actions, and resolve the grievance.
4. If a citizen remains dissatisfied with the resolution, they can reopen the grievance for further review by higher authorities to address the issue.
